PPS #18 at Padel Bay: Draws and Weekend Schedule

The draws are out for PPS #18 at Padel Bay. The Phuket weekend opens on Friday, with Thai-connected pairs in Saturday’s professional programme and finals scheduled for Sunday.

PPS #18 returns to Padel Bay Indoor Club in Phuket from 25 to 27 September 2026, with APPT now displaying the draws and individual match times. The weekend combines professional and amateur competition, giving local partnerships a place alongside the regional tour’s travelling players.

Registration is closed. APPT’s current event page gives 23 September as the deadline, replacing the 20 September date previously reported in this preview. The live PPS event page also marks entries closed.

Saturday matchups with a Thai connection

In the men’s professional draw, Mario Wongsuwan and Christer Lagerström are scheduled to face Andrian Shatalin and Benjamin Palm on Saturday 26 September at 13:30 on Court 1. Weerayuth Limsuebchua and Nuttakit Veerathammasorn follow at 14:30 on the same court against Ilya Grinshteyn and Juan Luis Pita Campo.

Those opening matches give the local interest a concrete shape. A partnership’s first task is now an identified opponent, with the next round depending on what happens on court. Entry lists alone could not establish that route.

Friday’s amateur programme opens the weekend

PPS’s revised overview starts Friday at 13:30 with Female Amateurs B Tier 3. Its programme also includes men’s amateur and mixed categories. The organiser says court allocations may change, so the category overview is best read alongside each pair’s match listing.

For spectators, that offers a broader weekend than the leading professional matches alone. Following one amateur partnership through successive rounds can reveal how its court coverage and shot choices change as the opposition changes.

Sunday’s closing matches

APPT currently schedules the professional mixed final for Sunday 27 September at 17:00 on Court 1, with Artemii Besedin and Regina Kalimullina listed against Elisabeth Estrada and Jose Mouliaa Lopez. The men’s professional final is listed for 19:00 on that court. These are scheduled fixtures, with results still to come.

All times here are Bangkok/Phuket time, UTC+7. PPS’s broader weekend overview and APPT’s individual fixtures are not fully aligned; the match times above follow APPT’s draw. Players and spectators should check the organiser’s latest order of play before travelling to the venue.

The Challenger is a separate event from the FIP competition staged elsewhere in Phuket earlier in September. Its own draws, categories and results will determine the story of this weekend at Padel Bay.
