Road to FIP Koh Samui: Calling Players Across Thailand

Players across Thailand have a route to an international main draw in Samui this October. The Samui Padel Tour × Padel Tropical Grand Slam — Road to FIP, Vol.8 runs from 9 to 11 October 2026, with FIP wildcards advertised for its top men’s and women’s winners.

According to the organisers, the Men’s 1st Category and Women’s 1st Category champions will earn main-draw places at FIP Bronze Koh Samui. The international calendar lists High Velocity Samui for 19–25 October.

Six categories, different targets

The programme has three men’s categories, two women’s categories and Mixed Open. The wildcard prizes apply specifically to the two first-category competitions.

Pairs from Bangkok, Phuket, Pattaya, Hua Hin, Chiang Mai, Phangan and other Thai communities can choose the division that fits their game, subject to the organiser’s entry conditions.

For clubs and coaches, the weekend offers a concrete target for partnerships ready to compete beyond their regular venue.

Entering the Samui weekend

The venue is Padel Tropical on Koh Samui. The advertised fee is THB 1,200 for the first category and THB 800 for each additional category. The organiser also advertises a tournament shirt for the first 100 participants; check remaining availability when entering.

Registrations have been announced as open. Use the official Samui Padel Tour WhatsApp contact, +66 91 063 9047, to confirm your division, available places, closing date and payment arrangements.

First-category contenders should also confirm the requirements for using a FIP wildcard. Winning a place is the sporting target; eligibility needs to be clear before the weekend begins.

Find a partner, agree the category and make a plan for 9–11 October. The invitation is countrywide, with titles to chase at several levels.
