Tapia and Lamperti Cook Up a Breaking Bad-Style NOX Launch
Agustín Tapia and Miguel Lamperti have found an unusual setting for their latest racket launch: yellow protective suits, a camper van and a secret formula.

Agustín Tapia and Miguel Lamperti have found an unusual setting for their latest racket launch: yellow protective suits, a camper van and a secret formula. NOX’s 100% Pure Padel campaign borrows the look of Breaking Bad to reveal its 2027 collection.
Unveiled on 23 September, the film casts Lamperti as the experienced keeper of the recipe and Tapia as his accomplice. Racket development becomes a laboratory experiment, with the two players refining the formula before the reveal.
The veteran and the accomplice
The double act gives the campaign its humour. Two familiar professionals stand outside a camper with rackets in hand, dressed for a scene rather removed from an ordinary day on tour.
There is also a personal thread to Lamperti’s role. Earlier in September, NOX introduced Antes de Irme, a documentary series following what the brand describes as his final professional season.
The equipment behind the experiment
The launch includes the Luxury Genius 18K Alum by Agustín Tapia and Ventus models developed with members of NOX’s player team.
The collection provides the product story. Lamperti and Tapia provide the memorable image: two generations of padel apparently deciding that a laboratory is the place to spend launch day.
